Use this session to develop your players' passing, receiving and movement early in your pre-season - while working to improve endurance and power base using game specific movements and actions
SESSION 2
Continue to develop passing, receiving and forward movements while also working on transitions in this second session.
WEEK 2
SESSION 1
This skill practice develops receiving skills under pressure, while working to improve endurance and power base using game specific movements and actions
SESSION 2
This skill practice develops receiving skills under pressure and retaining possession whilst also looking to turn.
WEEK 3
SESSION 1
This skill practice develops receiving skills under pressure, while working to improve endurance and power base using game specific movements and actions
SESSION 2
This skill practice develops receiving skills under pressure and retaining possession whilst also looking to turn.
WEEK 4
SESSION 1
This session can be incorporated into your pre-season and works on playing out from the back, introducing the movements players will use in a game, and providing players with lots of touches of the ball.
SESSION 2
Introduce players to the concept of pressing from the front.
